Guzzling good fat makes you fat

So, the best thing for your bone health is to start having almond or soy!

Drink at least eight glasses of water per day

Everyone tends to follow the age-old standard when it comes to drinking water. It says that drinking eight glasses per day makes you hydrated and healthy. But the fact is that its a sheer myth! Rather than number of glasses what one must consider is the amount of fluid that body needs. As per Mayo Clinic, the proper amount of water has to do more than the standard number of glasses of it. People should drink water depending upon their location, age, weather and some of those fluids that come from other fluid-rich food.

Carbs are bad for your body

The weird repugnance against carbs have been quite in craze. But this is not the case as they should not be feared and are absolutely crucial for a healthy body. In fact, carbs are needed for a body to function well. If you do more workout, then your body does need enough carbs to maintain the muscle mass. If your body does not have carbs, then it will struggle to get enough protein which is crucial for muscle growth.

Eating small meals throughout the day is better.

When you want to improve your metabolism, its widely popular idea to eat smaller meals throughout the day. But there question is does it actually work?According to a study published in Obesity journal, it is said that there is no difference in metabolism when compared to those who ate three normal-size meal with those who eat six smaller meals. Brown sugar is better than white one.

Eating an apple every day keeps the doctor away
